PB–2025–23, ALBOURNE WOODS AREA STUDY
Area in Need of Redevelopment Determination
Please be advised that the Borough of South River will hold a public hearing to discuss whether File PB–2025–23 Albourne Woods Area, the property designated as more specifically, Block 143, Lots 3.03 & 3.04, including formerly Block 143 Lot 3.2 (also known as 3.01, 4, 5, 6 & 7) (also known as Lot 7 and a vacated unimproved portion of Virginia Street), meets the criteria to be determined as a non–condemnation area in need of redevelopment. The hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Planning Board scheduled for December 9, 2025 beginning at 6 pm at the Criminal Justice Center located at 61 Main Street, 2nd floor, South River, NJ.
