Request for Proposal FY26 Disposition of License for Hyannis Golf Course Restaurant, Function Room and Bar Concession The Chief Procurement Officer of the Town of Barnstable, on behalf of the Golf Division, is soliciting responses from interested parties for the disposition, by lease, of the restaurant and bar concession at the Hyannis Golf Club. The space for lease consists of 5,700 square feet including a kitchen, bar/lounge, restrooms, dining (banquet) room, office area, and snack bar located inside the clubhouse, and 1,297 square feet of patio space outside. The large banquet room and adjoining patio provides a spacious area for year-round functions with panoramic views and easy access to Route 6 Midcape Highway. It is strategically located on Route 132 in Hyannis, MA. A thirty-six (36) month lease is being offered, from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2028, with one (1) thirty-six (36) month option at the discretion of the Town. The license documents shall be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposal. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Chapter 16 and all license documents must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposal regarding Real Property Transactions.
