Local Time, Thursday, December 18, 2026 for the purpose of: Fifth Street and Capitol Avenue Intersection Improvements - Rebid Contract #PW26-11-47 Bids will be accepted electronically through the City of Springfield Bid Portal at: https://www.springfield.il.us/departments/OBM/PurchasingElectronicBiddingHome.aspx Bids submitted via mail courier should be sent to the Office of Budget and Management Purchasing Department, Room 210, Municipal Center, West, 300 South Seventh Street, Springfield, IL, 62701. Bids will not be considered unless they are accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, bank draft, bank money order or a satisfactory bid bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount.   Proposals will be opened at the above specified time and date in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Center West.
