502025CA004914XXXAMB and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 19, 2025, in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein, JONATHAN CHRISTOPHER GLEASON is the Defendant, Mike Caruso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.
realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 13th day of January, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs, to wit:
Lot 194, of STRATHMORE GATE - I, UNIT TWO, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 194, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendes must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
