REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR 2025 & 2026 For Equipment Rental with Operator and Maintenance Labor. Notice is hereby given that the Township of North Annville, Lebanon County, PA seeks bids from individuals and corporations to furnish the Township with the following equipment, to be applied at an hourly rate, with operator and any maintenance labor required, each year for the years 2025 & 2026: Track loader, 2 3/4 yd. or larger: 50 hrs Road roller, vibratory, 7 2 ton: 50 hrs Rubber tire loader, 2 2 yard or larger: 150 hrs Blade Tractor, 90 HP: 50 hrs Dump truck, 34,000 lbs. GVW or larger: 150 hrs Dump truck, as above, w/snow plow & spreader: 200 hrs Dump truck, 73,280 GVW tri-axle: 100 hrs Backhoe, 3/8 yd. or larger, rubber tire: 50 hrs Backhoe, 3/4 yd. or larger, on tracks: 50 hrs Snowplow, with JRB coupler, for use on JD TC44H: 200 hrs Skid-steer loader with street sweeper attachment: 50 hrs Skid-steer loader with 24 inch milling head attachment: 50 hrs Labor- maintenance and other: 400 hrs Bid packets are available by calling 717-679-2730. Bids will be received at 1020 North State Route 934 Annville, PA until 6:30 PM on December 8, 2025. Bids will be opened at 8:00 P.M on December 8, 2025 at the Union Water Works Fire Hall, located at 2875 Water Works Way Annville, PA 17003. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the yearly contract and a certificate of contractor’s liability insurance with limits of not less than One Million Dollars each accident for bodily injury and limits of not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars aggregate property damage. The above bids will be considered as a package bid and not broken apart for bidding purposes. Successful bidder shall be responsible for all road building and maintenance, snow removal and cindering, and tree removal from Township roads.
