25 CHAMBERLAIN STREET, HOPKINTON LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HOPKINTON PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   The Hopkinton Board of Appeals on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. will re-open the public hearing on the Petition for Variance filed by Ronald and Barbara Foisy, 25 Chamberlain Street, Hopkinton, MA, to construct a detached accessory dwelling unit in excess of 900 square feet at 25 Chamberlain Street, Hopkinton, MA (Assessors Map R24 Block 20 Lot 0). This public hearing is held pursuant to an Order of Remand issued by the Massachusetts Land Court for the limited purpose of making the required variance findings under the Zoning Bylaws and MGL Chapter 40A, Section 10. At the close of the public hearing the Board will vote its findings and issue a written Remand Decision as supported by the evidence. The hearing will be held remotely using the Zoom meeting service.
