Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Stephanie Duca/ Stephanie Duca Dog Training Services for a Special Permit for purposes of operating a “Commercial Kennel, Animal Hospital, Veterinarian’s Office” (see Section 2.3.1., C10 of the Sterling Protective Bylaws) at property located at 78 Worcester Road, Sterling, MA, Parcel ID 137-3 and located in the Commercial zoning district and the Groundwater Protection District.
A public hearing for this application will be held in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on December 9, 2025 at 6:00 pm at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this application.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
