Caddo Parish Communications District Number One   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners to the Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (District) has available for public inspection the proposed Operating Budget for its 2026 fiscal year. A complete copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection at the District’s Administrative Offices, located at 1144 Texas Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana.
