A public hearing will be held by the City Council on the proposed contract documents (plans, specifications and form of contract) on file in the City Engineer's Office, and estimated cost for each improvement at its meeting on January 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 400 Robert D.
