PUBLIC NOTICE 2024-2025 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) (October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025) The City of West Palm Beach Department of Housing and Community Development has completed a draft of its Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under 24 CFR Part 91. The CAPER is designed to outline the progress made in the implementation of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs for the period October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025, based on the priority needs and specific objectives identified in the City's Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan.
