South Elevated Storage Tank Town of Algoma Sanitary District No. 1 Bid Opening: 10:00 a.m. (local time), December 16, 2025 The Town of Algoma Sanitary District No. 1, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, will receive and accept bids ONLY through QuestCDN.com using the online electronic bid service for the construction of SOUTH ELEVATED STORAGE TANK until Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (local time). The project will be divided into two contracts: Contract A – Elevated Storage Tank Work (Lump Sum). Work for Contract A consists of construction of a 500,000-gallon single pedestal spheroid elevated storage tank, site work, and associated work. Contract B – Pipeline Work. (Unit Price). Work for Contract B consists of construction of approximately 1,300 linear feet of 12-inch water main installed by trenching, 200 linear feet of 12-inch water main installed by directional drilling, hydrants, water services, and associated work. Bids will be received for two single prime contracts. Bids for Contract A shall be on a Lump Sum Basis and bids for Contract B shall be on a Unit Price Basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
