Final Judgment was awarded on November 18, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 042824, of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff, and WALTER F. SCHRANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANY SCHRANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Rachel M. Sadoff will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, FL 32796 on January 28, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 1633, PORT MALABAR UNIT THIRTY TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 34 THROUGH 49, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
