PUBLIC NOTICE   PROPOSED ROADWAY VACATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners has set December 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing, as required by O.R.C Section 5553.05, on a petition filed by David Miner on behalf of the Zion Cemetery Association requesting the vacation of two portions of Pittsburg Ave. NW right-of-way in Jackson Township, Area “A” as dedicated in Commissioner Journal Entry dated November 18, 1927, and being located in the S.E. Quarter Section 1, Township 11 (Jackson), Range-9, Stark County, Ohio and Area “B” as dedicated in Commissioner Journal Entry dated November 18, 1927, and being located in the S.E. Quarter Section 1, Township 11 (Jackson), Range-9, Stark County, Ohio and following in successive order with other road vacation hearings that may be scheduled. The complete descriptions and maps of said roadways may be viewed at the Commissioner’s Office.
