PUBLIC NOTICE The Harborcreek Township Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on December 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Harborcreek Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road to review the Planned Residential Development Tentative Plan from Maleno Land Development Co., LLC, owner of property located along Walbridge Rd, being Erie County Index No. (27) 7-76-139.01 that will consist of 21 single family patio style condominiums on a private cul-de-sac. A complete set of plans is available at the township zoning office for your review during regular business hours. All those desiring to do so may come and be heard.
