Introduction Cleveland Township Fire Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the design and construction of two (2) training towers. The purpose of this project is to provide a modern, safe, and functional training environment for fire personnel. The facility will include 1 clean structure, and 1 structure suited for live burn training. 2. Scope of Work The work shall include, but is not limited to: • Construction of multi-story fire training tower(s) • Construction of live-bum and smoke simulation areas • Installation of training props and safety systems • Compliance with all applicable fire, safety, and building codes 3.
