NOTICE OF SALE
SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF Dutchess, U.S. Bank Trust National association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of the truman 2021 sc9 title trust, Plaintiff, vs. Frank Contreras, ET AL., Defendant(s).
Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on August 11, 2022 and an Order Extending Sale Deadline and Other Relief duly entered on October 22, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the rear lobby of the Dutchess County Courthouse, 10 Market Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 on January 12, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., premises known as 863 Route 376 a/k/a 863 State Route 376, Wappingers Falls a/k/a East Fishkill, NY 12533 a/k/a 12590. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of East Fishkill, County of Dutchess and State of New York, Section 6358, Block 02 and Lot 840512. Approximate amount of judgment is $110,195.44 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #2018-53717.
