Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 3. Roll call was taken. School Board Members Present: Frank Carini, Mike Dudzik, Sheryl Cerniglia, Mark Verhalen, Meredith Wittmann, Kelly Ganiere School Board Members Absent: Brianna Allen Kaiser Student School Board Members Present: Kara Meyer, Paige Stewart 4. School Board President Frank Carini reviewed the Board Meeting and Operating Norms. 5. Sheryl Cerniglia motioned and Mike Dudzik seconded to approve the Agenda. Motion passed 6-0. 6. The Board heard an Aquatic Center Update from Nexus Solutions. 7. The Board heard two School Improvement Plan Presentations: Meadowview Elementary and West Middle School. 8. The Board heard from two people during the public comment period. 9. Thank You's and Acknowledgements: The Board acknowledged those veterans who work in our schools and live in the community. 10. Mike Dudzik motioned and Kelly Ganiere seconded to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Motion passed 6-0. a. Approval of meeting minutes of the Board of Education Meeting on October 27, 2025. b. High School Board Student Representatives Paige Stewart and Kara Meyer provided a quarterly update to the Board. b. Director of Human Resources Troy Hamblin shared the 2026-2027 Calendar Proposal with the Board. The Board may act on this item at the November 24 c. Director of OCR Heather Ryan shared an Oak Creek Recreation update from the 2024-2025 school year d. The Board reviewed the Upcoming School Board Meeting Tentative Agendas Report. 13. Meredith Wittmann motioned and Sheryl Cerniglia seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:54 p.m. Motion passed 6-0.
