PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above entitled cause on May 9, 2025, Ryan D. Bohm will on January 6, 2026, at the hour of 10:00AM at the Livingston County Sheriff's Office, in person only at The Law & Justice Center, 110 North Main Street, Pontiac, Illinois 61764, sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described mortgaged real estate:

Ricketson, or his grantee, in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 28 North, Range 5 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Livingston County, Illinois, on the South Line of Madison Street extended in the City of Pontiac, running thence West 50 feet, thence South 120 feet, thence East 50 feet, thence North 120 feet to the place of beginning, being a part of Lot 4 of the Subdivision of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 22.

Sale terms: Bidders must present, at the time of sale, a cashier's or certified check for 10% of the successful bid amount. The balance of the successful bid shall be paid within 24 hours, by similar funds.
