REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CUMBERLAND PLATEAU COMPANY MODULAR HOME SUPPLIERS — WORKFORCE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM The Cumberland Plateau Company (CPC) is seeking qualifications from modular home suppliers to provide units across the four Virginia Counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, and Tazewell for the CPC Workforce Housing Development Program (WHDP). Suppliers may be asked to enter into a nonexclusive service agreement to provide units on an as-needed basis.
