In pursuance of an Order of Sale to me directed from said Court in the above entitle action, I will expose to sale at licking.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on 12-18-25 at 10:30 am. If property remains unsold after the first auction, it will be offered at the auction again on 1-8-26 at same time and place, the following described premises:
Situated in the Townships of Franklin, County of Licking, State of Ohio, and Bowling Green:
Being Lot Number 37 in the Loanoak Subdivision in Franklin and Bowling Green Township, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 13, Pages 132 and 133, of the Licking County Plat records, and re-recorded in Volume 13, Pages 134, 135 and 136, of said Plat Records.

TERMS OF SALE: Property cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of the appraised value. If the Judgment Creditor is the purchaser, no deposit is required. All third party purchasers deposit(s) shall be made in accordance with the guidelines as set forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 2329.211.
TERMS OF SECOND SALE: Property to be sold without regard to the minimum bid requirement subject to payment of taxes and court costs; deposit requirements same as first auction.
Pursuant to ORC 2329.21, purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
