4 South Street LEGAL NOTICE  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 4 South Street Planning Board Case No. 2025-17   In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at or after 6:00 PM, in the 1st Floor Boards and Commissions Room, Old Town Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of Quincy 4 6 South, LLC, 9 School Street, Quincy, MA 02169, for Site Plan Review under Quincy Zoning Ordinance Title 17, Section 9.5.1 (Site Plan Review), and 5.1.17 (Parking Waiver). The Applicant proposes a new five (5) story multifamily building consisting of seven (7) residential units along with sixteen (16) structured and surface parking spaces. The proposal will also include professionally designed drainage controls and landscaping. The property contains 14,054 +/- square feet of land and is located at 4 South Street.
