NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Delaware County, Indiana, in Cause No. 18C05-2507-MF-000083, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Jesse T. Slaven, Suzanne M. Subler, Thrive Federal Credit Union, Central Pacific Bank, Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC, U.S. Bank National Association DBA Elan Financial Services, PrimeTrust Federal Credit Union and State of Indiana, Department of Revenue were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 14th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM, with a closing time of 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 41 in Winwood, Section C, a subdivision of Real Estate situated in Hamilton Township, Delaware County, Indiana, a plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 9, page 75 of the Records of Plats of Delaware County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
