PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above entitled cause Intercounty Judicial Sales Corporation will on January 7, 2026, at the hour 10:00 a.m., Western Illinois Title Co., 411 East Broadway, Monmouth, IL 61462, sell, in person, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described mortgaged real estate:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-nine (29) Township Nine (9) North Range Three (3) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Warren County, Illinois, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29; thence North 00 degrees 39' East along and upon the East Line of said Quarter Section a distance of 40.0 feet to a point on the North right of way line of Illinois Route 116; thence South 90 degrees 00' West along and upon said right of way line a distance of 240.08 feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing South 90 degrees 00' West along and upon said right of way line a distance of 286.58 feet; thence North 00 degrees 39' East a distance of 190.0 feet, thence North 90 degrees 00' East, parallel with the South line a distance of 286.58 feet thence South 00 degrees 39' West, parallel with the West line a distance of 190.0 feet to the point of beginning all of the above described premises being situated in the County of Warren and State of Illinois.
