The identity of the father is unknown.   YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the above styled dependency case is set for a dependency hearing on January 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. The child is in the temporary legal custody of the Georgia Department of Human Services by and through the Clarke County Division of Family and Children Services. The hearing is to determine whether the child is a dependent child pursuant to O.C.G.A. §15-11-2(22) and should remain in the custody of the state. An order for service by publication was entered by the Court on November 19, 2025.   A copy of the petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court at 325 Washington Street, Athens, Georgia 30601, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. exclusive of holidays. A free copy shall be available to the parents. Upon request, the copy will be mailed to the requester.   YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that while responsive pleadings are not mandatory, they are permissible and you are encouraged to file with the Clerk of this court and serve upon Petitioner's attorney, K.
