Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-6 claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in West Boylston, numbered 31 Helen Drive, given by Donald F. Cox and Geraldine C. Cox to "MERS", Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a separate corporation that is acting solely as nominee for Full Spectrum Lending, Inc., "Lender"; and its successors and assigns, dated May 25, 2004, and recorded in the Worcester County (Worcester District) Registry of Deeds in Book 33707, Page 161, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
