NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS Section 5721.03 of the Ohio Revised Code requires the preparation and publication of a list of delinquent real estate taxpayers. The list is now prepared and will be published in December 2025. Recent changes in Ohio Law now requires the application of interest to delinquent taxes, and the opportunity for the taxpayer to enter into a payment plan with the County Teasurer. If your taxes are delinquent and you wish to have your name omitted from the above mentioned publication you must either pay in full or enter a payment plan at the Richland County Treasurer's Office between the hours of 8a.m. and 4p.m. Monday thru Friday.
