The subject property is located at the intersection of Middle Road and Branchester Parkway and is identified as Tax Maps 130(06)00-003-0, 130(17)00-004-0, 130(17)00-001-0, 130(06)00-002-0, 130(06)00-003-H, & 130(17)00-002-0. The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Residential – Multi-Family, Commercial, and Residential uses. The public hearings will be held in the Board Room, third floor, County Administration Building, 6602 Courts Drive, Prince George, Virginia 23875.
