PL-01-26-RFQ The City of San Angelo Planning and Development Services Department is seeking qualifications from experienced professional service firms or teams to prepare a forward-looking Comprehensive Plan that guides growth, development, revitalization, and public investment for the next 20 years. The plan must respect the city’s history and cultural identity while providing actionable guidance for future land use, housing, infrastructure, mobility, economic development, and quality-of-life enhancements.
