NOTICE OF MEETING NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD   Please take notice that the New Britain Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the New Britain Township Municipal Building, 207 Park Avenue, Chalfont, PA to consider the following applications for appeals and/or variances from the New Britain Township Zoning Ordinance:   Appeal # 2025-6 – Application of Robert and Cathy Campbell for the property located at 213 Holly Drive, Chalfont, New Britain Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, further identified as Tax Map Parcel Number 26-015-131. The property is in the RR, CA-2 – Cedar Hill Subdivision District. The applicant proposes to construct a patio and walkway at the side and rear of the existing single-family residence. The property is in the IO-Industrial Office Zoning District. The applicant proposes to construct 3 warehouses on the properties.
