LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, 3336 Bridgeview Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363 on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., at which time the following application will be heard: Application # 3-2025, The Mula Group on behalf of Hess Equine Veterinary Services LLC, is requesting a Special Exception under Section 27-204 (3)(A)(4) of the Zoning Ordinance for the proposed use of an Equine Facility Animal Hospital with no proposed interior or exterior renovations/alterations. This application is also seeking a variance of Section 27-504 (7)(C)(2) of the Zoning Ordinance to use the pre-existing building that is currently located approximately 90 feet off of any street or property line on each side, instead of the required 200 feet, for the proposed Equine Facility Animal Hospital, with no proposed renovations, alterations, or additions. The property for which relief is sought is located at 15180 Barrens Road North, known as Tax Map DK, Parcel 48, zoned Agricultural.
