Clay County in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby give notice of intent to revise flood hazard information on FIRM panel 12131C0519H, an area generally located south of Sandridge Road. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Follow-Up Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25- 04-3273P for the Bella Lago Phase 1 development. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water- surface elevations and 1% annual chance floodplain shall increase, decrease and be established within the area of revision.
