West Lebanon Township Public Notice Ordinance No. 546 You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of West Lebanon Township shall consider Ordinance No. 546 for adoption and enactment at their meeting scheduled for January 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the West Lebanon Township Building . Ordinance No. 546 can be summarized as an ordinance creating the office of Township Manager as authorized by the First-Class Township Code. The powers and duties of the Township Manager shall be regulated by this Ordinance and the Board of Commissioners may delegate, subject to recall, any of their non-legislative and non-judicial powers and duties to the Township Manager by and through this Ordinance and require that the Township Manager give a bond to the Township for the Township Manager's faithful performance of their duties as Township Manager. In lieu of the requirement of such a bond, the Board of Commissioners may purchase insurance as provided for by the First-Class Township Code.
