PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the “Noncoal Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act” and the “Clean Streams Law,” notice is hereby given that Heidelberg Materials Northeast LLC, 7535 Windsor Drive, Suite 300, Allentown, PA 18106, has made application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to transfer existing Surface Noncoal Mining Permit Nos. 4874SM1, 67050301, and 67930301 and associated NPDES Permit No. PA0119628 from County Line Quarries, LLC, 409 Stenton Ave., Flourtown, PA 19031. The mine site is located in Wrightsville and Hellam Townships, York County, and the three adjacent permit areas are collectively known as the Wrightsville Quarry. The cumulative permit area is 285.12 acres and the site is situated at 740 South Front Street, Wrightsville, PA 17368. The Columbia West, PA., U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute topographic maps contain the area described. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the York County Conservation District, located at 2401 Pleasant Valley Rd., York, PA 17402. Written comments, objections, or a request for an informal conference or public hearing may be submitted to the DEP, Pottsville District Mining Office, 5 West Laurel Blvd., Pottsville, PA 17901 by January 25, 2026, and must include the person’s name, address, telephone number, and a brief statement as to the nature of the objection(s)
