Montenguise, you have been identified as the biological father of A.D.M. whom the biological mother currently intends to place for adoption. The Petitioners R.B. and J.B. have filed a Petition for Adoption in Sarpy County County Court under AD 25-47. A.D.M. was born on May 31, 2016 in Omaha, NE.
