YEARLY ADS FOR 2026-2027 MEETINGS The Wayne County Children and Youth Services Advisory Council will meet on the following Thursdays, at 4:15 PM (unless otherwise noted) during SFY 2026-27: August 6, 2026 at 3:30 PM (Public Hearing for 2026-2027 Implementation Budget and 2027-2028 Needs Based Budget); October 1, 2026; December 3, 2026; February 4, 2027; April 1, 2027; and June 2027 (Luncheon Meeting-date to be announced). Meetings will take place at the 648 Park Street Complex, CYS Library, Honesdale. The public is encouraged to attend. This project is funded, in part, under a contract with the Penna. If, due to inclement weather, the Wayne Highlands School District is closed on the date of a meeting, that meeting will take place the following Tuesday. The public is encouraged to attend.
