PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Delran Township Planning Board at a public hearing held on October 2, 2025, granted to Zacate LLC an amendment to Resolution #PP2023-04 to remove a condition of approval which required that the operating Class 5 Recreational Cannabis facility located at the property in question have an armed guard. The property is located at 4037 US Route 130 South, Delran, NJ, further identified as Block 9, Lot 41.24 on the Delran Township Tax Map.
The approving resolution was memorialized on November 6, 2025. The resolution and all relevant data are on file with the Delran Township Planning Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at 900 Chester Avenue, Delran, NJ 08075.
