NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Partial Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2025 and the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Set Foreclosure Sale dated November 18, 2025, and entered in Case Number: 2024-CA-003467 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida wherein PARKWEST HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is Plaintiff, and J.R. LEWIS PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; ECHELON GROUP INVESTMENT LLC also known as the ECHELON INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS, LLC, an inactive Florida limited liability company; JAMES THOMAS BAILEY, an individual; HORACE BAILEY, an individual; T.M. Filing # 236576084 E-Filed 11/25/2025 04:46:49 PM CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; ROBIN M. DOZIER, an individual; and the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, a government entity, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court in Volusia County, Florida shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale on January 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in an online sale pursuant to Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at https://volusia.realforeclosure.com/, after having given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
Certain real and personal property, hereafter referred to as the “Daytona Beach Property” and more particularly described in Exhibit “A” to this Third Notice of Sale.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THEN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
