REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for RFQ 17-25 Strategic Communications – City Administration and Economic Development. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of strategic communications including development of project specific based comprehensive communication strategies, public relations, and community outreach services including organizing and leading stakeholder meetings on an on-call/as-needed basis for City Administration and Communications, and the Department of Economic Development. PREQUALIFICATION CONFERENCE: A Prequalification conference will be held on December 16, 2025, at 11:00 am PST virtually. All responders are encouraged to attend. DEADLINE: All statements of qualifications must be electronically received through the PlanetBids e-bidding system via the link provided in the RFQ no later than 2:00 p.m., PST January 6, 2026.
