POLK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE BY NOVA HARDWARE INC. and VLADIMIR BRODSKY   The Polk Township Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing on the 22nd day of December, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Polk Township Municipal Building located at 165 Polk Township Road, Kresgeville, PA 18333, to consider the application of Nova Hardware Inc. and Vladimir Brodsky for conditional use approval for the establishment of a light manufacturing business on property owned by 660 LLC located at 660 Interchange Road, Polk Township, PA.   The property consists of 10.39 acres and bears Parcel ID No. 13.7.1.23-1 in a commercial zone.   Any interested party is invited to attend.   A copy of the application is available for inspection at the Township office during regular business hours.   If any person with a disability should wish to request that special accommodation be made to allow his or her participation, he or she is asked to contact the Township by calling 610-681-5376 at least one (1) business day in advance to make arrangements.   By Order of the Polk Township Board of Supervisors James V.
