SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE     WHEREAS on March 14, 2022, LAPORSCHA SHARNELL BOBBITT, UNMARRIED PERSON, executed a Deed of Trust to Brock Maples, as Trustee, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR LIBERTY BANK AND TRUST CO. A/K/A LIBERTY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, First judicial District, Mississippi, in Book 7278, Page 7691; and   WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Liberty Bank and Trust Co.
