The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Maria S. Vazquez-Doles of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Second day of December, 2025 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orange, in the City of Goshen. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by William Friel (who died on December 15, 2022, a resident of the county of Orange, State of New York) and Kelly Friel dated the September 19, 2007, to secure the sum of $270,000.00 and recorded at Book 12579, Page 720 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on December 10, 2007. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed July 13, 2011 and recorded on August 26, 2011, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 13219, Page 682. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by William Friel and Kelly Friel on February 13, 2013 and recorded August 26, 2015 in Book 13937, Page 752 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed December 17, 2015 and recorded on March 22, 2016, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 14027, Page 628. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed January 21, 2016 and recorded on March 22, 2016, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 14027, Page 630. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 23, 2018 and recorded on May 2, 2018, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 14396, Page 1566. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 14, 2020 and recorded on April 21, 2020, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 14736, Page 140.
