Defendants.   NOTICE OF ACTION   TO: DEFENDANTS JENNIFER HAN-SON (f/k/a Jennifer Norris), AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE ESTATE OF CHRISTAL KAY NORRIS AND CARL CEDRIC NOR-RIS, AND ERIC KEVIN LEE and to all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against DEFENDANTS; and to all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in property maintained or in the control of any DEFENDANTS.   A VERIFIED COMPLAINT has been filed by Marion County to abate the nuisance by removing the unsafe building/structure on 830 SE 159th Terrace, Silver Springs, Florida 34488, Marion County, Florida. DEFENDANTS and all claiming any interest in such property are re-quired to serve written defenses to the Verified Complaint on Plaintiff’s attorney, whose name and address is shown below, on or before Mon-day, January 12, 2026, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, showing what right, title, interest, or lien the person has in or to the property described in the Verified Complaint and to show cause why Plaintiff, Marion County, should not move forward with filing an enjoinment of nuisance to remove the unsafe building/structure.
