By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2504-MF-000902 wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and , The Unknown heirs devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Mildred W. Lasota, and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the estate of Mildred W. Lasota, Unknown Occupants and Vicki A. Shipley were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 16 day of January, 2026, at the hour of 10:00am, with a closing time of 11:00am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana. Lot Number Fifty-one (51) in Highland Village Addition, being a part of the Southwest quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Nine (9) North, Range Two (2) West, in Monroe County, Indiana, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, in Plat Book No. 4, at Page 65, in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 4062 West Broadway Avenue, Bloomington, IN 47404 Parcel No. 53-04-36-303-069.000-011 Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
