NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2505-MF-001278 wherein Fifth Third Bank N.A. was Plaintiff, and Kimberly B. Tarter and William M. Tarter were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 16 day of January, 2026, at the hour of 10:00am with a closing time of 11:00am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
Part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 29, Township 9 North, Range 1 West, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 52 rods North and 20.32 chains East of the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section, and in the center of the Ellettsville and Bloomington Road, said point being the southeast corner of a 3.50 acre tract now owned by grantors herein, thence running North along the center of the Road 162 feet, thence West 158 feet, thence South 162 feet, thence East 158 feet to the place of beginning. Containing .55 of an acre, more or less.
Also: Allgood Tract 2 as shown by the recorded plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 34 (now Plat Cabinet B, Envelope 258), in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana, also described as:
A part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 9 North, Range 1 West, Monroe County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a point that is 858.00 feet North and 918.03 feet East of the Southwest corner of the aforesaid quarter quarter section, thence East 265.53 feet; thence North 162.00 feet; thence East 158.00 feet to the center of the Bloomington and Ellettsville Road; thence on said centerline North 94.30 feet; thence West 423.53 feet; thence South 256.30 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.90 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
