REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Quakertown Community School District is soliciting sealed bids for the 6th Grade Center Chiller Replacement Project in the form of a single prime lump sum contract.
Bids are due at the District Facilities Building at 311 S. Ninth Street, Quakertown, PA 18951, no later than 1:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, January 30th, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted on Thursday, January 15th, 2026, at the Quakertown Community School District Facilities Building at 311 S. Ninth Street, Quakertown, PA 18951, at 11:00 am. A representative of the Project Engineer (CHA Solutions) will provide project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid.
Electronic Contract Documents: Prospective bidders may obtain separate Bid/Contract Documents in electronic format (PDF) via e-mailed link upon request to CHA Solutions, 1 East Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018, 610-865-3000. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: which contract you are bidding, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. Documents will be available on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025.
Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Bid Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive technicalities as it deems best to protect its interest.
