BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 5/15/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 1/14/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, being designated as lot six (6) of block seven (7) of Westgate Subdivision, addendum no. 6, phase 2 on a plan of said subdivision entitled "Westgate Subdivision, addendum no. 6, phase 2, Westgate Development, Inc. Sections 82 & 102, T17S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana", prepared by Milford & Associates, Inc., dated November 21, 2008, said map being recorded under entry no. 1312539, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and according to which said lot 6 measures a distance across its front of eighty and no/100 (80') feet, by depth of one hundred thirty and no/100 (130') feet between equal and parallel lines, with a width across the rear of eighty and no/100 (80') feet; said lot being bounded front or east by Port Royal Way, westerly by property of Terrebonne Land Partnership, northerly by 7, southerly by lot 5; together with all improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining.
