BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF AMENDED SEIZURE & SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 7/22/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 1/14/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:

Commencing at the southwest corner of the property belonging to Jody D. Albert or assigns as indicated by the letter B per the plat map number 13509 recorded in the public records in Terrebonne Parish Clerk of Court's office in Houma, LA in book 2274, page 240, under file #1392591;
Thence, N69°31'E, for a distance of 220' to a point; indicated by the letter C. Said point being the point of beginning.
Thence, N69°31'E, for a distance of 133.52' to a point, indicated by the letter D;
Thence, S20°29'E, for a distance of 205' to a point, indicated by the letter E;
Thence, S65°56'54"W, for a distance of 134.02' to a point, indicated by the letter F;
Thence, N20°29'W, for a distance of 213.49' back to the point of beginning.
Subject tract contains an area of 0.642 acres and is more fully shown on a map entitled "Map Showing the Redivision of Property Belonging to Walter Harvey, or assigns, located in Section 86, T15S-R16E Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana" prepared by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor and dated January 16, 2012; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining.
Being a portion of the same property acquired by Walter Harvey and Dorothy Short Harvey from Wallace Smith, by act of sale dated May 30, 1985. John T. Pettigrew, Notary Public and filed for record under entry no. 759162 in the Terrebonne Parish Clerk of Court's Office in Houma, LA.
Together with one (1) certain manufactured home being further described as a 2015 Champion Innovation HE II, with a hitch size of 80 x 32, VIN #021-000-H-A002599AB.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF AMENDED SEIZURE & SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $128385.64, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
