BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/27/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 1/14/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
Lot 2, Block Five (5), Addendum No. 2 to Cypress Gardens Subdivision.
That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, as Lot No. Two (2) of Block No. (5) of Addendum No. One (1) of Cypress Gardens Subdivision, being a subdivision of property belonging to Allen J. Theriot and Lee A. Duet located in Section 4, T17S, R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described on a plan thereof made by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., dated December 13, 1961, as measuring Seventy-four (74') feet front on the East side of Bellaire Drive by a depth between equal and parallel lines of Eighty-three (83') feet; bounded North by Lot No. One (1), South by Lot Three (3) of the said Block No. Five (5), East by property of E. H. Clement or assigns, and West by Bellaire Drive, all as shown on a plan thereof made by William Clifford Smith, C.E., dated August 24, 1963.
Lot 2A, Block Five (5), Addendum No. 2 to Cypress Gardens Subdivision
One certain lot of ground situated in Section 4, T17S, R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and designated as Lot 2A, Block Five (5), on a plan of Addendum No. 2 to Cypress Gardens Subdivision prepared by Kenneth L. Rembert, Registered Land Surveyor, under date of September 12, 1974, said Lot 2A measuring Seventy-four (74') feet in width on the Northern and Southern side by depth on the Western side of Thirty-eight and 06/100 (38.06') feet, and a depth on the Eastern side of Thirty-eight and 03/100 (38.03') feet, said lot being bounded as follows: Front or North by Lot 2 of Cypress Gardens Subdivision belonging to Walter Robichaux, now or formerly, East by Lot 1A, West by Lot 3A, all in Block Five (5) of Cypress Gardens Subdivision, and rear or South by property of Robert J. Daigle. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE & SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $67777.69, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
