As delineated on the survey by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., dated April 17, 1957, a print whereof is on file in the office of the Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish, in Block No. 6 thereof, bounded by Elysian Drive, Laban Avenue, the dividing line between Block No. 6 of Elysian Park Subdivision and Lot No. 177 of Honduras Plantation Subdivision and Honduras Road, which said lot is designated by the No. 13 on the aforesaid survey by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., according to which, and according to a survey by Bernard B.
