BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 9/3/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 1/14/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, in that part known as Addendum No. 1 to Elysian Park Subdivision, being a subdivision of a portion of Lot No. 176 of Honduras Plantation Subdivision, in Section 105, T17S, R17E. As delineated on the survey by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., dated April 17, 1957, a print whereof is on file in the office of the Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish, in Block No. 6 thereof, bounded by Elysian Drive, Laban Avenue, the dividing line between Block No. 6 of Elysian Park Subdivision and Lot No. 177 of Honduras Plantation Subdivision and Honduras Road, which said lot is designated by the No. 13 on the aforesaid survey by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., according to which, and according to a survey by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., dated November 18, 1957, said Lot No. 13 forms the corner of Elysian Drive and Laban Avenue, and measures 63 feet front on Elysian Drive, the same in width in the rear, by a depth and front on Laban Avenue to 110 feet between equal and parallel lines; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE & SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $133204.27, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
