The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Lisa Gantenhammer (who died on February 1, 2017, a resident of the county of Orange, State of New York) and Rick Gantenhammer AKA Fritz G. Gantenhammer dated the October 17, 2005, to secure the sum of $206,200.00 and recorded at Book 12014, Page 0279 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on December 7, 2005. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed January 8, 2014 and recorded on January 21, 2014, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 13707, Page 0915.
